Sort a result set in ascending order:
SELECT City, Country FROM Contacts ORDER BY Country ASC
Restrict a result set to the specified number of rows:
SELECT City, Country FROM Contacts LIMIT 10
Parameterize a query to pass in inputs at execution time. This enables you to create prepared statements and mitigate SQL injection attacks.

Aggregate Functions
COUNT
Returns the number of rows matching the query criteria.
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM Contacts WHERE VID = '123456789'
COUNT(DISTINCT)
Returns the number of distinct, non-null field values matching the query criteria.
SELECT COUNT(DISTINCT City) AS DistinctValues FROM Contacts WHERE VID = '123456789'
AVG
Returns the average of the column values.
SELECT Country, AVG(AnnualRevenue) FROM Contacts WHERE VID = '123456789'
GROUP BY Country
MIN
Returns the minimum column value.

JOIN Queries
The Provider for HubSpot supports standard SQL joins like the following examples.
Inner Join
An inner join selects only rows from both tables that match the join condition:
SELECT p.Name, a.FullName FROM BlogPosts p, BlogAuthors a WHERE p.AuthorUserId = a.Id
Left Join
A left join selects all rows in the FROM table and only matching rows in the JOIN table:
SELECT p.Name, a.FullName FROM BlogAuthors a LEFT JOIN BlogPosts p ON p.AuthorUserId = a.Id
Date Literal Functions
The following date literal functions can be used to filter date fields using relative intervals. Note that while the <, >, and = operators are supported for these functions, <= and >= are not.
L_TODAY()
The current day.
SELECT * FROM MyTable WHERE MyDateField = L_TODAY()
L_YESTERDAY()
The previous day.
SELECT * FROM MyTable WHERE MyDateField = L_YESTERDAY()
L_TOMORROW()
The following day.
SELECT * FROM MyTable WHERE MyDateField = L_TOMORROW()
L_LAST_WEEK()
Every day in the preceding week.
SELECT * FROM MyTable WHERE MyDateField = L_LAST_WEEK()
L_THIS_WEEK()
Every day in the current week.
SELECT * FROM MyTable WHERE MyDateField = L_THIS_WEEK()
L_NEXT_WEEK()
Every day in the following week.
SELECT * FROM MyTable WHERE MyDateField = L_NEXT_WEEK()
