All information about your projects including the conditions, actions and workflow activities that drive the project are accessible from the project records. Most of this information is automatically generated as you work with the system.
You can view and modify project information via the Project Settings which is accessible on the Settings menu of the appRules home page. The following page will be displayed:
The following are the toolbar buttons available for the currently selected project:
New
Adds a new project.
Save
Saves changes that have been made to the project.
Copy
Adds a new project by copying it from this or a different project database.
Rename
Renames project items including Project Name, Connector Name or Data Source Name used in the project.
Delete
Deletes the selected project.
Validate
Validates the project and displays the results for each workflow activity in the project
Secure
Secures the project with a password.
Conditions
View, add, change or delete conditions that have been defined for this project.
Actions
View, add, change or delete conditions that have been defined for this project
Logs/Stats
View Logs and Statistics for all run instances of the project.
Reset
Resets archive records and status flags for the selected project

Optionally schedule the project to be run automatically by the appRules Scheduler Service.
Notifications
Define optional project notifications to be triggered by events at runtime.

Variables
Define optional global variables used in the project.
Activities
View and edit workflow activities associated with the project. This list is automatically generated as you drag, drop and configure activities on the designer.
Notes
View and edit optional project notes including if using a link for project notes.
Json
View and edit the project Json that is automatically generated by the designer.
Projects
View optional child projects associated with the selected project.
